Tracking Information

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to change the address once the order has been shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Rare Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the damaged package and product as soon as possible so we can review the situation.
